• Which printer do you use?

  Our Sublimation Printing is done on the Epson SureColor F570 sublimation Printer. This is a true sublimation printer.

• Which ink do you use?

  We use Genuine Epson Ink that is designed for the Epson SureColor F570 Printer.

• Which paper do you use?

  We use Epson DS Transfer Multi Use Paper. Good for both Textile and Hard products.

• What happens to customer files?

  Once we print your file, it will be DELETED off our system. We will not use them ourselves or sell them to anyone else.

• Do you print Copyrighted Images?

  We will NOT under any circumstances PRINT any COPYRIGHTED IMAGES, including but not limited to:

  • Disney / Marvel / etc.
  • Hockey teams / Football teams
  • Starbucks
  • Anything that you do NOT OWN THE RIGHTS to 

  NOTE: We will print copyrighted images if you can prove that you have a Licensing Agreement with them (not just purchased from Etsy or a similar website).

Printing

• Files

  Upload image only in PNG / PSD file format as this will have your transparencies.

  We ONLY PRINT and do not provide any graphics.

• File size

  Please make sure your file is sized to the CORRECT SIZE of paper you are printing to.

• Editing

  We do NOT edit any of your images. We will not place your images on a gang sheet for you. You MUST provide your own "Ready to Print" files.

• White Ink

  Sublimation does NOT PRINT IN WHITE INK.

• Mirroring

  We print in mirror from our program, so please DO NOT MIRROR or else the image will print backwards.

• File Quality

  Please send in files that are 300 DPI.
  We are NOT responsible for any files that are low quality resolution.

• RGB

  Please make sure the file is in RGB - NOT CMYK.

• Margins

  Please make sure you have a margin on left and right of at least .25", as we do not print borderless.

• Colour Matching

  We DO NOT colour match - We let our software print with the correct Colour Profiles from Epson for this printer. 

• Transparency

  When we print to sublimation, we print the whole file. So, if you purchased a file from Etsy or another online website and it has a white background behind the image, please make sure that you remove the background and make it transparent. If you don't remove the background, you run the risk of not having a TRUE white (i.e., if it has any colour in it the colour will show up in the print). We DO NOT look for this when we print. 

Materials

• What materials can I press on?

  You can press on any material that has a coating on it for Sublimation, including but not limited to:

  • Mugs
  • Tumblers
  • T-Shirts
  • Blankets
  • Lots more

• Do I need a Heat Press?

  Yes, you will need a Heat Press to use the Sublimation Printed items that you are sending in for printing.

• Apparel

  100% Polyester is recommended.

  65% Polyester is the minimum for shirts, but please do test samples on your items.

  Cotton items and Dark items will not work for sublimation.

Payment

• Invoice

  After you fill out the Order Form and upload your images, we will email you and send you an invoice. Payment MUST BE MADE IN FULL before we do any printing.

  E-Transfers only accepted form of payment at this time (payment will be to Lighthouse Web Creations, which is our Parent company).

Returns

• How can I return a printed item?

  We do not offer any returns or refunds once items are printed and paid for.

  At this time, we have pickup available in Winnipeg, Manitoba.

• How long will my order take to Print?

  Please allow 3 business days* for printing - We do not work on weekends.
